Design Document

This week, the team’s design document had to be submitted, which was the first assignment due for this module. What I enjoyed most about the assignment was the fact that I grasped the learning outcomes well enough to be able to go beyond what was taught and show critical thinking. Although this made the assignment harder in some ways, I believe it showed that myself, and my team, are able to think and reason about problems at the correct level for this degree.

One part of the feedback I found interesting was a comment regarding how well we showed critical thinking: “Business impact and risk are nicely presented. A recommendation set was proposed prior to the identification of vulnerabilities. Can be aligned with the risks and mitigation plan”. I interpreted this feedback as meaning that the last section of the paper was not rounded out properly, and after rereading the paper, I think that if we used less words in other sections, we could have linked the final sections together in a clearer and more unified way.

Forum Discussion

This week, the forum discussion came to a close and students wrote posts summarising the content covered in the past three units.
